Bala Lake Railway is largely operated by volunteers and a warm welcome awaits anyone wanting to help us keep steam trains running beside the lake. Whether you have existing skills or are willing to learn new ones, we can always find you a worthwhile job!

All jobs are open to people of either sex, young & old alike (subject to some sensible restrictions). No matter whether you have railway experience or not you will be made welcome.
