'George B', 0-4-0ST Alice-class loco originally called 'Wellington'  built in 1898 by the Hunslet Engineering company for Dinorwic Slate Quarry at Llanberis North Wales. Alan White an engineer purchased the engine from Dinorwic in 1965, ran it for a couple of years on the Dowty Railway Gloucestershire & then dismantled it for a total overhaul. The parts were later all moved to BLRly to enable reconstruction to take place - which is ongoing
