Self-propelled 2ft gauge truck built by D.Wickham Ltd of Ware, Herts to carry artillary targets at the MOD Lydd Ranges in Kent. Powered by a 1300cc JAP V-twin side valve engine with a fluid flywheel, encased in armour-plated bodywork. It is hoped this will be converted into a platelayers truck for the Bala Lake Railway.
